2020年1月6日,中国计算机学会(CCF)发布公告称,决定将2019年“CCF夏培肃奖”授予中国工程院正高级工程师陈左宁和龙芯中科技术有限公司研究员黄令仪,以表彰她们为推动中国的计算机事业做出的杰出贡献。

On January 6,2020, the Chinese Computer Society (CCF) announced its decision to award the 2019 CCF Xia Pei Su Award to Chen Zuoning, a senior engineer at the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Huang Linyi, a researcher at Longxin Zhongke Co., Ltd., in recognition of their outstanding contribution to promoting the Chinese computer industry.

“CCF夏培肃奖”设立于2014年,授予在学术、工程、教育及产业等领域,为推动中国的计算机事业做出杰出贡献、取得突出成就的女性科技工作者。

The CCF Xia Pei Su Award, founded in 2014, is awarded to women science and technology workers who have made outstanding contributions to the advancement of China's computer industry in the fields of academia, engineering, education and industry.

陈左宁,1957年生,中国工程院正高级工程师、CCF会士、中国工程院院士,毕业于浙江大学计算机应用技术专业。

中国科学院计算技术研究所李国杰曾在《研制龙芯CPU的策略考虑》一文中提到,“龙芯一号做了三次不同的物理设计,设计最成功的是由计算所自己完成的C方案,能做到这一点首先要感谢中科院微电子中心的黄令仪研究员,是他把计算所的系统设计人员领进了微电子设计的大门。”
